Get Your Merch! Hot off the Grill?!

Okay, there’s no grill. But there is merch!

Lately, you may have noticed I’ve been plugging a lot of things like my Patreon page, or my Buy Me a Coffee page, and now I have a Threadless shop! “What are you doing, PLM?” I hear you asking. “Shouldn’t you be writing?”

Well yes, I definitely should be, but the support I get from these three important sources will help me as I write. To be completely transparent, I’ll soon be furloughed. It’s a stressful situation and my goal is to, hopefully, make a little income off my art and through support from you, my lovely fans.

Every little bit helps, I can’t emphasize that enough. The silver lining of this furlough is that I’ll have plenty of time to start on my next goal: a novel.

So let’s look at each platform and what it might mean to you, my dear reader.

My Patreon has three levels of support: Dark Acolyte, Enlightened Cultist, and Exalted Dreamer. If you’re not familiar with Patreon, it’s a site where you can pledge a monthly support amount for a creator you love! Each tier grants different benefits. Here’s a look at mine:

  • Dark Acolyte: $3 Monthly – Patron-only Updates and Posts
  • Enlightened Cultist: $10 Monthly – Patron-only Updates and Posts, Name Featured in a PLM Story, and Audio Readings of PLM Tales
  • Exalted Dreamers: $15 Monthly – Patron-only Updates and Posts, Name Featured in a PLM Story, Audio Readings of PLM Tales, Access to WIP Snippets, and a Thank You Card

The videos are pretty awesome — in each, I will read one of my very own horror tales for your enjoyment. The first one is already up and I think I did a pretty good job! For that reason, I would highly recommend signing up at least at the Cultist level so you have access to those! The Exalted Dreamers get sneak peeks at work-in-progresses (which will include my novel once I start working on it), as well as advanced reader copies of my fiction where applicable, and a handwritten thank you note with a handmade gift!

Threadless Shop

It’s been long awaited and now it’s here: my art shop! I have several designs already up and available, I’ll be adding more soon, and these are available on a variety of different merch items like mugs, journals, hoodies, shirts, magnets, and even pillows. So not only will you be supporting an indie author when you make a purchase, you’ll also get something for yourself!

Ready to start shopping? Click here! And again, I would so greatly appreciate you sharing this link with friends, family, and on your social media!

Buy Me a Coffee

Buy Me a Coffee is a great alternative if you want to support but don’t want to commit to a monthly thing. Through this website, you can “tip” me so to speak, which will likely make me blush and feel pretty darn special (especially if you include a little note!)

Click here to check it out and to share!

Last but not least, you can request a commission for custom art done up in classic PLM style or request editorial guidance on a short story.

You can message me through my new Instagram account, through the Contact page of this website, or through a Twitter DM and we can discuss the details!

Click here to connect with me on Instagram where I’ll post artsy pictures and photos of my chinchillas!

Again, as I face a pretty uncertain period in my life, I am reaching out to you for help. Please consider supporting me in any way you can, whether that be by joining my Patreon, by sending me a surprise little cup of coffee, buying merch, or by commissioning some art.

Every little bit will help me and will be so, so appreciated. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

x P.L. McMillan
