Busy, busy, busy

Every once and a while, I find my life can get so busy that it feels like I am trying not to sink into quicksand.

In those moments, I have to remind myself that I am only one person and I can only do so much - day job, chores, pets, writing, blogging, self care, cooking, working out. Everything and all the things.

And that’s been my life lately. It’s hard not to be hard on myself. It’s hard not to feel like I’m failing. It’s hard to say no when people ask me favours, even when it means I’ll be bogged down more.

So I am going to be taking a break this week. I will be back next Monday with a review, I’ll see you then!
